A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of CrossFit programming. To that end, we need to spend more time with new athletes and give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals. Each of our CrossFit clients will go through 3 fundamental training sessions with a trainer. These sessions are designed to prep you for starting CrossFit. These 3 sessions are $99.
Foundations run every other week and cap at 4 people per session.
Foundation #1: Monday 6 PM or Tuesday 6 AM
Foundation #2: Wednesday 6 PM or Thursday 6 AM
Foundation #3: Saturday 7:30 AM

After you complete the foundations, you’re free to join the CrossFit program. Our pricing structure is as follows:
- 7 sessions per month: $99
- Unlimited monthly: $149
- Family (2 people): $225
- Family +$25 each addition person
